The Customer Service can answer any inquiries in business hours either by phone or personally at Paulay Ede Street 8. On arrival you will be welcomed by a representative of Central Capital Apartments in the Customer Service Office who will give you all information necessary for your stay.

During your stay in Budapest, you will be able to remain in direct contact with our representative via mobile phone. He/she is even accessible after business hours.

Guests in our Budapest apartments can find extensive information about the city. We are happy to answer any questions concerning life in Budapest, leisure activities, monuments, shopping tips, night clubs & pubs, etc. We can also provide advice based on experiences of former guests.

Our guests can find a free service pack in the bathroom, which contains a small shower gel, shampoo and soap.

If our guests arrive with children, we can provide a baby chair and child-bed free of charge.

If you need an extra bed, bed linen and/or towels, we can provide them for a fee.

Please, inform us about your extra needs, (for example breakfast order, additional bed, towels), so that we can prepare them in advance.
