The apartment is located in the heart of the city, in the neighbourhood of Oktogon, and the Andrássy Avenue. It is close to the Opera House and Liszt Ferenc Square what is full of pleasant restaurants and bars. There are several cultural places around as like House of Terror or The Operett Theatre.

There are trams (no. 4, 6) and bus (no. 105) running at the Oktogon as well. The blue line (no. 3) metro stops at Nyugati, which is one of the main train stations.
