The marvellous Szabadság Square is 2 minutes away which has a beautiful park, in the centre there is a pleasant Coffee Shop and it’s surrounded by commercial apartments and office buildings. Chain Bridge is the closest that leads you to the funicular railway or Buda Castle and its surroundings (Sándor Palace, the Royal Palace or the History Museum of Budapest).

From Október 6. Street you have many travelling options to choose from. 10 minutes walking and you catch Metro 2 (red line) as well as Metro 1 (yellow line) at Deák Ferenc Sqr. Arany János Str. station is the closest for Metro 3 (blue line). Bus 15 and 115 go on Október 6. Str. (coming from South Pest via Lehel Sqr.), bus 105 runs on József Attila Str. and leads you to North Pest or in the other way to Buda side. Night buses stop around the flat mostly at Arany János station like bus 914 (night version of tram 14) as well as bus 950 (via North Pest) and 931 (from North Buda via East Pest).
