Terms and Conditions -


The Central Capital Ltd. (seat: 1061 Andrássy út 45.), user and owner of the trade name / Central Capital Apartments is allowed to conclude contracts, to collect rental fees and additional charges.
The rental contract comes into force as soon as Central Capital Ltd. accepts the request via Internet, phone or written form and confirms the reservation of one or more apartments.


Prices are quoted in Euro, per apartment and per night basis.
The prices contain accommodation fee, final cleaning, gas, electricity, water consumption, linen, towels and taxes.
Central Capital Apartments reserves the right to change its published rates without prior notification.

You have to pay the fee for the first night or at least the 20% of the rental price to make the reservation effective. It can be done via the secured transaction platform of OTP Bank, or bank transfer. The balance amount must be paid in cash or credit/debit card on arrival. Confirmation will be sent as soon as receives either confirmation from OTP Bank, the SWIFT copy of the transfer (by fax or e-mail) or the money itself.

All payments from foreign banks must be done net of bank charges: in case of bank charges deductions, we reserve the right to add the corresponding amount to your final invoice.
By choosing the transaction platform of OTP Bank, you can reserve the apartment immediately without confirmation.

Photo ID is required upon arrival, to prevent credit card fraud.
Central Capital Apartments handles all credit/debit card information via secured server.

The accommodation provided is for your exclusive use and cannot be sub-let under any circumstances.

The duration of your rental let cannot be extended without our prior agreement.

If you request to be moved to a different apartment on arrival or during your stay for inappropriate reasons, we endeavour to move you for an additional fee corresponding to the cleaning of the apartment (15 EUR) and the laundry (15 EUR), if used.

Minimum stay

The minimum stay at peak seasons such as, for example Easter, Formula 1, Sziget Festival, New Year\'s Eve, etc. is three nights, even if you stay for a single one. Please check the dates before booking.


In case of cancellation:

  • 48 hours before arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW 0% of the reservation fee (or 0% of the full rental fee) will be paid back.
  • 2 to 7 days before arrival 50% of the reservation fee (or 50% of the full rental fee) will be paid back.
  • 7 to 14 days before arrival 70% of the reservation fee (or 70% of the full rental fee) will be paid back.
  • over 15 days before arrival the reservation fee (or the full rental fee) will be paid back.

NO SHOW: if you do not come within 12 hours after your expected arrival, the flat can be let to somebody else and your deposit is kept. In reasonable cases you can justify your delay (accident, airplane delay).
Pets are welcome in our apartments.
In case of degradation, you are held fully liable for the damages caused by your pet.

Identification proof

Adequate identification is required at time of check-in at the Customer Service Office to verify your identity. A passport or other form of photographic ID is asked for prior to check-in.

Arrival and Departure

* The day of your arrival, the apartment is available from 15:00 pm.

* You are required to vacate the apartment no later than 11.00 am. Unreported late check-out after 11:00 AM incur an extra night\'s rate to be charged (This can be wavered from time to time subject to availability and with the approval of Management).

Key set

Keys can be collected and should be returned to our Costumer Service Office (1065 Budapest, Paulay E.u.8.) during office hours (7-23) every day.

Unless otherwise agreement, Central Capital Apartments issues a single set of keys to the property. If you loose the keys, you have to notify it to the Costumer Service as soon as possible and they will replace them. An amount of 30 EUR per set of keys will be deducted from the security bond or will be charged on credit/debit card.

If, between the hours of 10pm and 8am you lock yourself out of the Property and require our assistance to re-enter the Property, Central Capital Apartments reserves the right to charge a 50 EUR administration fee (which if not paid to representative of the Central Capital Apartments on demand may be invoiced).


Only representatives of Central Capital Apartments are allowed access to the apartment at any reasonable time during occupancy for the purposes of inspection and maintenance or if we suspect damage has been caused or any emergency.

Cleaning and Servicing

* If you stay more than 6 days, weekly cleaning service is provided.

* Additional cleaning service charge is 15 EUR.

* One set of towels per person is provided; any additional towel set are priced at 10 EUR to cover laundry costs. No towels are to be removed from the apartment. Any unreasonable soiled towels will be disposed and charged at 15 EUR per towel. We will deduct the cost of replacements towels from your credit card.

* Bed linen is provided; any additional bed linen is priced at 10 EUR per set to cover laundry costs


Should the unlikely event of a problem arise, it is imperative that Customer Service is notified immediately, so the problem can be investigated, and where reasonably possible, rectify during your stay. We cannot investigate any complaints once guests leave unless an official complaint is made to us before departure.


The descriptions on our websites are true and made in good faith. We do not accept any responsibility for possible mistakes or changes made without our knowledge.

Central Capital Apartments shall not be responsible for the death or personal injury of any guests unless it results from an act or omission on our part.

Central Capital Apartments shall not be liable for any loss, breach or delay due to any cause beyond our reasonable control including though not limited to act of God, explosion, flood, fire or accident, war or threat of war, civil disturbance, acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental or local authority, strikes, lockouts, or other industrial actions or disputes or adverse weather conditions. In any such case we shall be entitled to treat the contract as discharged. In the event of such discharge our liability shall be limited to the return of sums paid to us less an administrative charge of 50 Euro to cover our reasonable expenses.

Central Capital Apartments cannot be held responsible for breakdown of mechanical equipment such as pumps, boilers, satellite antennae, etc, nor for failure of public utilities such as water and electricity.

Central Capital Apartments is not responsible for noise or disturbance originating beyond the boundaries of the accommodation or which is beyond our control.

Special Conditions

We expect you to treat the apartment, your neighbours and surrounding area with respect, in so far as you are responsible for any damage which you cause. Please leave the apartment in a clean and acceptable state; please wash up, empty fridge, freezer and dustbin before departure.

We reserve the right, in unforeseen circumstances, to offer you an alternative, similar or upgraded accommodation. If in the event that Central Capital Apartments cannot provide the apartment accommodation as requested, we will assist you to find alternative accommodation in another apartment type at the same property. In extreme cases we will relocate a guest to a near by hotel of similar standard.

The security bond vary between 150 and 500 EUR, depending on the size of the apartment and the equipment. You get it back at the Customer Service Office when you return the keys if no damage in the flat is notified and if the inventory is complete as it is stated in the Info Book of the apartment.

You must keep the apartment and all furniture, fittings and effects in the same state of repair and condition as at the beginning of occupation, and leave the apartment in the same state of general order in which you found it.

If any damage to the property or affected other neighbours’ property, Central Capital Apartments reserves the right to request that you leave the premises and forfeit any money paid. In addition you will be required to pay, over and above, for any damage you caused. If the amount of the damage is bigger than the security bond than rest of the damage must be paid in cash. Should have any damage been recognized only after you had left Central Capital Apartments will invoice it subsequently and have the right to charge guest’s your credit/debit card for 24 hours after your departure.

In case where you fail to pay their outstanding account immediately upon demand, any amount owing to Central Capital Apartments, pursuant to the booking and accommodation (including without limitation those incidentals such as cleaning, special services etc.), Central Capital Apartments reserves the right to refuse or deny your access and request that you vacate the premises.

If you behave in an unacceptable or aggressive manner to other guests, neighbours, staff of Central Capital Apartments and contractors or visitors to Central Capital Apartments or is suspected of carrying out illegal activities on the premises, you will be asked to leave and the appropriate authorities will be notified. Central Capital Apartments reserves the right to annul the apartment agreement immediately and without warning. All monies paid will be forfeited.
