All the big international and most  of the "low-cost" airlines land at Budapest  Ferihegy Airport.


Ferihegy, Terminal 1 is used mostly by the  European budget airlines and located 20 minutes from the city center. At peak traffic times this can be longer. With public transport, the airport is reachable with bus 93, from the final stop of the blue metro line (Kőbánya-Kispest). This terminal is also reachable from Nyugati Railway Station and by taxi.


Ferihegy, Terminal 2B and 2A is located half an hour from city center (longer at peak traffic times). With public transport, the airport is reachable with the bus (new Volvo type) number 200, from the final stop of the blue metro (Kőbánya-Kispest)    Terminals 2B and 2A are next to each other and the bus stop is just right between them. Taxis are also available.
